What messages are for

Flex Education LLC, doing business as InkFactory, uses text messaging to deliver requested management information and operational updates to customers and their authorized personnel. Messages can include project progress, account or service notices, reminders, support follow-ups, and other operational information relevant to the recipient’s organization.

How enrollment works

  1. An authorized recipient reviews the program invitation on this page and texts START to (754) 654-3548.
  2. InkFactory responds with the program disclosures and asks the recipient to reply YES to confirm enrollment.
  3. The recipient replies YES. InkFactory then sends a final confirmation message, and operational messages may begin.
  4. InkFactory records the mobile number, timestamps, keywords, and disclosure version associated with the double opt-in.

Text START to (754) 654-3548 to begin enrolling in recurring operational text messages from InkFactory. Messages may include management information, project updates, account or service notices, reminders, support communications, and other operational updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using InkFactory services.
