Messaging Terms
These terms govern the InkFactory Operational Updates text-messaging program provided by Flex Education LLC.

Program description
InkFactory may send operational messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include management information, project updates, account or service notices, reminders, support communications, and other requested operational updates related to the recipient’s organization and its work with InkFactory.
Consent and enrollment
You may begin enrollment by texting START to (754) 654-3548. InkFactory will respond with the program disclosures and ask you to reply YES. You enroll only after replying YES and receiving InkFactory’s confirmation message. Consent is voluntary, is not a condition of purchasing or using InkFactory services, and applies only to the mobile number used for the double opt-in. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to provide consent.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s terms and charges govern your use of its network.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any InkFactory message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELPfor help, or use our contact form. After opting out, you will not receive additional messages from this program unless you separately enroll again.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including mobile information and SMS consent records. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery and availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability, and the program may not be available on every device, carrier, or location.
Changes or termination
We may modify or end the messaging program or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated.
